When Pascal Bouchard sold his winery in 2005, he gave the proceeds to his sons, who used to make their own wine in the corner of his large winery.  With the money, Damien & Romain purchased a run down property and restored it to the winery of their dreams.  A lovely bright Chablis from a warm vintage marked by citrus, hay and a touch of creaminess.
