On the western side of the Rhône River, there are Côtes that are similar to the Côtes-du-Rhône on the other side. Alain Gallety is dedicated to every step of the winemaking process. Since the early 80s, he has been using organic farming methods to cultivate his fifteen hectares of vineyards to ensure the quality of the grapes. The red wine is aged for 15 months in neutral oak barrels with minimal intervention during the fermentation process. This wine has impressive depth and complexity, making it perfect for aging for the next 10 years. Although it is comprised of 50% Grenache, the Syrah flavor really stands out, providing a savory dark fruit taste.
