Aurelien Suenen owns a small piece of land in the Côte des Blancs, measuring precisely 1.5 hectares. His aim is not to expand but to produce exceptional Champagne that reflects the unique chalky terroir. To maintain the fruit's purity and show respect for the soil, Aurelien abstains from using herbicides or pesticides on his small estate.
