Refreshing, nervy, and mineral-laden--exactly what one wants in their Muscadet.  Vignes St-Vincent is a mineral-driven Muscadet from younger vines planted on gabbro and gneiss soils in the village of Monnières. One of the few estates left that harvests by hand; this wine is fermented by indigenous yeasts in subterranean tanks. Gabbro makes a version of Muscadet with tremendous minerality and freshness.
