A blend of Roussanne from his micro-cuvée in Saint-Péray in the Northern Rhône and a Jacquère produced on the slopes of Apremont in Savoie that Frank took over the domaine Dominique Belluard and the wine is finished in his winery in Cornas. The grapes are harvested by hand, with spontaneous fermentation in a stainless-steel tank and aged for 8 months and unfiltered. This wine lends itself to a natural unbridled style of wine. The aromatics & palate offer a bouquet of yellow fruits and lemon pith. While the palate is carried in length through vibrant acidity. Vinification is direct press and the Jacquère aged in barrels and Roussanne aged in ceramic eggs. Although this wine is made with a natural hand, it is clean, focused and fresh. The Jacquére brightens the Roussanne creating a precise white wine perfect with or without food.
