This versatile, energetic California Cabernet is composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Petite Sirah all from Lodi. While the Cabernet Sauvignon was raised for one year in neutral French oak, the Merlot and Petite Sirah were vinified separately in stainless steel. Primary aromas incl. blossom, more black fruits such as black cherry, plum, some red fruits like redcurrant, & cranberry.
