This wine is such a cool and special wine.  This is a representation of true winemaking craft.  The Boxler family has been in Alsace for generations and this shows.  A Pinot Blanc from the 2015 vintage shows depth and precision.  The palate exudes orchard fruit with hint of honeysuckle and a waxy high toned character.   It is no surprise that it is grown from 40 year old vines on granite soil.  A lovely wine for a cheese plate and some classic Alsatian fare.
