There is no fancy story here, just a domaine steeped in rich history here in Alsace.  The wines have been biodynamic since 1997 and the quality remains top notch.    A nose of ripe fruits such as white peach and pear. Its bouquet also develops scents of white flowers such as linden and acacia. On the palate, this wine is dry, seductive, cut for a refreshing pleasure.  Do not sleep on this lovely wine.

Grapes: 75% Auxerrois and 25% Pinot Blanc

Pairing: warm goat cheese toast with flower honey and thyme, warm pâté à la vigneronne & grilled vegetable tortillas.

Soil: Marl limestone and gravel plots
