One of the most delicious Cava we have had in a long time.   Being a Gran Reserva, the wine is aged for 30-42 months before disgorgment.  This wine initially gives the illusion of being light and thoughtless but has some really beautiful lengthly flavor. Notes of white fruit aromas & notes of pastry and brioche from the extended aging. 

Grapes: Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo) - Macabeu - Parellada

Pairing: Artichokes, fried foods, light seafood

Soil: sandy granitic
