2022 marked the first release of Amaury Beaufort's Champagne, and let's just say, he took the world by storm.

The 2019 marks Amaury Beaufort's second solo vintage. Amaury grew up in the cellar and amongst the vines having worked alongside his father, André for many years.  After finishing school in Beaune in 2005 he worked on a few other projects until his departure to purchase the 0.88 hectare plot he named Le Jardinot, located in Polisy, in the Aube.

However, De Quoi Te Meles Tu? is not from Le Jardinot, but from friend, Loïc Naudinot's o.32 hectare parcel named De Quoi Te Meles Tu in Neuville-sur-Seine. This wine is all from the 2020 vintage, with 30 months on the lees, barrel aging and full malo, with no dosage. Highly perfumed full of red fruits, gooseberry, pistachios.
