Clos du Midi is one of the colder sites on the famed Brézé hill. Most wines from this specific plot of land will be far less kind to your wallet. Arnaud is a firm believer in terroir and that good wine starts in the vineyard, all of this is very apparent in is nervy and focused Chenin Blanc. The utmost care is taken during the processing of the fruit, from must to wine. The finished product is a wine always driven by careful, respectful winemaking and exceptional fruit. Clos de Midi is salty & mineral driven with good weight on the palate. An incredible value.
