Benoit Lahaye is a grower from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, he produces some great zero-dosage champagne that are nothing short of exceptional. With biodynamic practices on the vineyard and aided by the rise of summer temperature, the grapes of the estate are matured fully, so no dosage needed here. His Brut nature depicts both sides of the terroirs he works with, the villages of Bouzy and Ambonnay. A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. The parcels are all vinified separately and aged for an average of 30 months on their lees. This wine is exceptional, bursting with fresh orchard fruit, field blossoms, crunchy minerality, elegant bubbles with just a touch of pastry cream. A great addition to any occasion, with friends or a solo date, this Champagne will not disappoint.
