Arcese was created from the mash-up of Arneis and Cortese, the main base of this field blend. The different varieties are de-stemmed and gently pressed, co-fermented using indigenous yeast in concrete tanks. It is bottled unfiltered with a small amount of sulfur and residual sugar, allowing for a final bit of spritz when opened.
