Bianchi winery is now led by the 6th generation, Eva and Paolo Bianchi, with Paolo in the cellar.  The winery is located in Sizzano, a region located within Piedmont.  The wines also focus on Nebbiolo with a few other supporting varieties.   A lovely wine ith noted of dried flowers and leaves, wisps of tobacco and beautiful ripe cherry.  A great find.
