Enoteca Bisson was founded by Pierluigi Lugano in 1978. Lugano cultivates indigenous varieties on steep slopes of the Mediterranean where any mechanization would be out of the question. This is an elegant expression of Vermentino, racey but holds great complexity, showing bright acidity, brilliant length and strong minerality leavened by notes of citrus & almond skin.
