This historic estate was founded in 1863 by Giacinto Brovia in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of Barolo district. A traditional estate making beautifully exciting wines. The 2014 vintage caught a lot of slack, but in the hands of the right winemakers, the wines are insanely attractive and the best part is, they are ready to drink a bit sooner. Do not let the vintage fool you, this Barolo is not to be overlooked. This wine is extraordinarily aromatic and full of depth.
Pairing: slow roasted Rabbit, risotto with truffles
