Cantina Cantina is the newest project out of the North Fork of Long Island from two friends, one brewer & one winemaker.  They are breaking the mold of traditional North Fork wines, searching for vineyards that are eschewing the use of harsh chemicals, in search of an honest a pure wine, unfined, unfiltered with no added sulfur. Whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented with native yeast. Bottled at the end of primary fermentation to capture the natural bubbles. Hand riddles and recently disgorged off the lees. No additives, no fining, no filtration. 40 cases produced
