Cristina Borrul and Juanjo Piñol work together to bring one of the best expressions of Grnacha Blanca, from it's birthplace, Terra Alta located just south of Barcelona. Portal Blanco contains a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, but it's identity is Garnacha Blanca. This limited production wine is made in stainless steel tanks to emphasize purity of fruit and terroir.
Pairing: Pan roasted hake with almonds, swordfish with herbs
