Phoebe Raytek, farmer and co-owner, is deeply rooted in the winemaking world. Daughter of Sue and Dirck from Porter Bass. Needless to say this husband and wife team along with their grower partners are making beautiful and yet powerful wines with true expression of Sonoma's terroir.   Located within the Fort-ross Seaview sub-appellation of the West Sonoma Coast. Tight spacing between vines and roots deep in sandstone and quartz soil. Resulting in intense fruit. Greatly concentrated wine with fresh vibrant acidity. 

Pairing: Heartier flavors. Barely cooked Salmon served with truffle butter and roasted mushrooms.
