Charles Dufour is a young grower and winemaker, farming 6 certified organic hectares in Landreville in Côtes des Bars in the south of the Champagne region. The base of this bottling is of the 2018 harvest and with additions of reserve wines from the 2010 and 2017 vintages. Aging for 9 months in barrels, plus 3 months in stainless steel, plus 15 months in bottle on its fine lees.
Grapes: 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc
