Château Farízeau is located in the Bourg Sur Gironde locality, where the Gironde Estuary splits to form the Garonne & Dordogne Rivers.  The small property has been run by the same family since 1911.  With a string of difficult vintages they began to see an improvement in their fruit through conversion to organic viticulture in 2010.  This is their entry level red, your quintessential french bistro red.  The goal of this red is to offer an easy-drinking, round and fruity wine with good aromatic persistence and silky tannins.  We believe it does just that.
