Christophe Pueyo, a 5th generation winemaker, has taken his family's estate in a new direction by converting to organic farming and more recently, biodynamic practices. His unique approach has resulted in the birth of such wines like this 'Galipette' Pet-Nat. This delightful pet-nat of Semillon and Muscadelle is free from additives and boasts notes of chamomile, white flowers, baking spice, and fresh rye bread. The palate has an attractive creaminess and texture, drawing you back for more.
