In the 17th and 18th centuries, Nebbiolo was very different from the classic wines we know today.  Lighter, gently crisp, with a little FIZZ.  Years of research led the Vajra Family to the production of this awesome summer sipper. Claré is a journey of rediscovery & a tribute to past traditions.  Enjoy this is with a chill and some good friends.
