This new wine from Clos Sainte Magdeleine is 100% Vermentino, selection massale from Corsica planted on a parcel located on the terraces of the Cap Canaille. Clos Sainte Magdeleine sits on the foothills of this mountains which literally drop right into the Mediterranean Sea. Planted on pure limestone and fermented with native yeasts on sandstone amphorae. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It is a succulent, crisp wine with a beautiful saline touch in the palate. A welcome addition from this estate.
