The Conti family began their winery 53 years ago in the Alto Piemonte in Boca, one of Piedmont's smaller wine regions at only ​12ha.  The wines hold more elegance than their southern neighbor of Gattinara. Their Rosé is made with co-fermented Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara with a brief maceration on the skins for one night in a steel tank.

Pairing: crudos, ceviche, oysters, shrimp

Viticulture: No certification but no herbicides ever used, no synthetic products since 2008, everything is manual.  

Soil: Volcanic with red porphyry rocks
