Marco Cordani is at least a fourth generation farmer and winemaker. After leaving his job selling boats, Marco moved back to help his parents after their retirement. This light frizzante style red is made with Barbera and Croatia co-fermentated using indigenous yeast. The primary fermentation, started in concrete tanks, completes after bottling, creating the wines CO2.
