Anita Kuhnel, a former professional cyclist, established her own winery in 2015. The winery is situated in Chénas, just a short distance from the Fleurie border and the renowned Poncié vineyard. Her wines are vibrant and energetic, capturing the true essence of Gamay grown in exceptional locations. The incorporation of fine, close-focus mineral elements elevates the wines beyond their category. Anita's Poncié is matured for six months in cement, showcasing her skillful extraction techniques. This results in incredibly pure and precise fruit, interlocked seamlessly with ultra-fine tannins.
