This not so tiny domaine is run by Isabelle Collotte, whose family has deep roots in the village of Marsannay. Like her ancestors, she believes in the authenticity and purity of the region, making wines with minimal intervention. This cuvée is a great example of the terroir of Marsannay, a blend of several parcels, and five single vineyards with the average age of 50 years. It displays that rounded fruit and rustic minerality we all love, a perfect honest Burgundy to be enjoyed straight away.
Pairing: stuffed mushrooms, seared tuna with mild spiciness.
Grape: Pinot Noir
Soil: Clay Limestone
