This is a blend of 60% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu (Mammolo & Sangiovese) & a dash of Carcajolu Nero. The wines of Corsica have an Italian flare with the elegance of France. These wines are fermented in stainless steel and concrete to preserve the purity and freshness of its dark brooding fruit and well structured tannins.
