In 1989, Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, joined by their Parisian friend, Michel Macaux, decided to pursue a new project in Provence.  This is a joyful rosé full of flavor but remains light and refreshing.  Underripe strawberry, white peach, and orange zest waft from the glass with a hint of Provençal herbs.
