After taking over his family's Domaine in Saint Pourçan, Jean Teissèdre decided not to renew their contract with the cooperative & laid the groundwork for the construction of their own cellar. They focus on Tréssalier, a rare white grape variety mostly found in Saint Pourçan, which the domaine is determined to preserve and demonstrate its full potential. This is similar to Chenin Blanc with a touch more lemon oil and hay.
