Nestled at the foothills of Les Alpilles in Provence, Henri Milan took over this domaine in 1986 with the ambition of making the best possible wine with respect to the environment. The Domain includes 10 ha planted with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, Roussanne, Rolle, Muscat. However, he took his farming one step further with the help of Claude Bourguignon (famous microbiologist) and Claude Courtois (Domaine Les Cailloux du Paradis). He made sure he only farms grapes that grow best on the estate soil composed of blue marl on limestone and yellow sandstone, even if that meant he had to leave the AOC. This rosé is full of flavor and energy bursting with lush and savory cranberry and strawberries, followed a punch of grapefruit and peach.
