Domaine Labet is a small family estate in Rotalier, Jura. Overseen by Julien Labet, the eldest of three siblings, whom after spending time in Burgundy and South Africa returned home fixated on natural winemaking and organic viticulture and therefore converting the property. Today Julien shares the duties with his sister Charline and brother Romain. All cellar work at Domaine Labet takes place over time and in accordance to the seasons and lunar cycles. The wines are never fined or filtered, and sulfur is used only when absolutely necessary. Their traditional method sparkling spends over 24 months on lees and bottled without dosage.
