In 2021, Guillaume Bellona and Romain Dupont, two high school friends, founded Domaine Les Aricoques with the encouragement of Guillaume Selosse. Having grown up in the Savoie region, they both developed a strong interest in gastronomy and local wines. Romain gained experience working in various vineyards across the world, including Chile, New Zealand, and France's Stephane Ogier, Domaine Giachino, and the infamous Prieure Saint Christophe. Meanwhile, Guillaume began his career as a sommelier in Paris and later opened a wine shop in Meribel. Their passion for wine and local culture inspired them to pursue education in the field after high school, leading them to establish Domaine Les Aricoques.
