A joint collaboration between two of the Rhône's most humble growers, Jean-Pierre Monier and Phillipe Perreol. This is a .35 hectare plot in the Northern Rhône Valley with vines rooted into decomposed granite soils between 6 to 30 years. The fruit flavors and aromas are exotic and aromatic. Bruised apple skin, apricot, honey suckle & crushed rocks.
Pairing: Raw/ slightly cooked fattier fish, like salmon or trout
