Guillemot family has worked Savigny-lès-Beaune vines for eight generations and produces wines with classic Burgundian finesse and balance while leaving us a reminder of Savigny’s rustic character. This Vieilles Vignes reaches 50 years in vine age, grown on Burgundy's limestone and gravel soils, sorted from three different parcels: Planchots de la Champagne, Dessus les Gollardes and Vermots.  Rustic & elegant styles of Burgundy.
