Michel-Henri and Francoise Ratte have been growing grapes following organic and biodynamic principles since acquiring some vines from Francoise's parents and purchasing other parcels in 1989. They have become a goto Jura producer for us. This Chardonnay boasts a refined and mineral-rich taste. It is both elegant and robust without the overpowering oxidative notes commonly found in Jura wines. The scent is floral with hints of almond and orange zest, complemented by the signature Jura spice and mineral flavors. The wine is juicy and bold, with a nervy backbone of acidity. 

Pairing: Comté cheese, fall squash, risotto. 

Grape: Chardonnay - Côteaux des Corvées slope, with 60-year-old vines
