Rémi Jobard comes from a wine making family, working alongside his father until his retirement in 1996. The Chardonnay for this wine comes from 40+ year old vines within 6 parcels in Meursault. Vinified in both new (15%) and old oak foudres, there is a richness to this wine but the burgundian terroir remains on display with crunchy minerality driven by orchard fruit and meyer lemon.
