Chasselas is a grape typically found in the Savoie, but Bernhard Schoffit brings an Alsation flare to this Alpine specialty with his Vieilles Vignes bottling. Schoffit's 80-year-old Chasselas vines come from Harth, in the northern Colmar. Crisp, concentrated, and ripe with focus and grip, followed by a long, classically dry finish with mouthwatering salinity.
