Dominique Belluard, has been working his family's domaine in Ayze since 1988. He was particularly drawn to Gringet, a white variety found only in Ayze that was nearly extinct. Dominique expanded his family's plantings through selection massale and has spent the past couple decades becoming the master of Gringet and showing the world it's potential in Ayze's terroir. Les Alpes is always fresh, aromatic in a very delicate way. From grapes grown at 350 meters above sea level and just 30 kilometers from Mont Blanc!
