Loïc, 13th generation winemaker, has shown great promise in his winemaking ability, and that truly shows in the 2020 vintage.  A vintage proving difficult for many, showed Loïc's ability to produce good wine through the challenges of mother nature.  Though these wines are powerful and brooding, they are also floral and earthy. All selection massale, using their best old fruit to replant. The vineyards are tended like a garden, with biodynamic teas prepared in-house and no trimming of the canopy. Organic vineyard management since 2003.

No pre-fermentation maceration (cold soak) is done on any wines, just raw material, without any additives or correction. Traditional fermentation. Aged 12 to 18 months in oak barrels of which 10% new. Wines are unfiltered and unfined.
