Edi Keber has a family winemaking history dating back nearly 350 years. He is just a short distance from the border of Slovenia, in the Collio, where he works with grapes traditionally found in the region. He make one wine and one wine only. It is an aromatic, mineral laden blend, that has pure & vibrant energy and notes or orchard and stone fruit jumping from the glass.
Pairing: summer salad of Ricotta with peaches and almonds
Grapes: Malvasia Istriana, Friuliano, Ribolla Gialla
Soil: 'Ponka' Stony, limestone rich marls.
