Edouard and Eleni met while working the 2010 harvest in New Zealand. Soon after they were married and on their way back to Chablis to take over a small piece of Edouard's family domaine. Bas de Chapelot comes from a 3.2 hectare parcel just below Montée de Tonnerre (Premier Cru), on the right side of the Saone. Both Eleni and Edouard exude a passion and energy that comes with a new generation stepping in and creating a different path for their winery.  Electric on the palate, lemon, orange blossom, & crushed stones.
