Sven Enderle and Florian Moll founded Enderle & Moll in 2007, which consists 5 hectares of vineyards in Münchweier, a historic winemaking village on the slopes of the Black Forest in Baden, Germany. They practice low intervention, organic and biodynamic. The wine is gently rounded with 12-15 months in 228-liter barrel, but they're used barrels from famous producers in Burgundy that constantly want to have new oak and sell off their older stock. Their wines are vibrant and energetic and they have rightfully so acquired quite a cult following. The “Basis” is from the youngest vines, around 30 years old.  Rustic, dark and cherry fruited, with lovely crushable tannins.

Grape: Pinot Noir

Soil: Sandstone, Limestone and loess

Viticulture: Practicing Organic and biodynamic
