Sven Enderle and Florian Moll are most recognized for their cult status Pinot Noirs, but if you know about the small amount of white/orange wine they produce, consider yourself lucky. The 3-4 week maceration, and 10 months on the lees and 30% skins gives this wine tropical aromatics laced with florals and ginger. The palate presents juicy pineapple, light spice, and bright apricot.
