Enric Soler started his career as a sommelier and won the "Campeonato de España de Sommelier" award for the best sommelier in Spain in 1997. After his grandfather passed away, Soler inherited a small parcel of land planted in 1945 called Vinya dels Taus. He began making his own wines, which are now considered among the best white wines in the world. 

Enric Soler writes: "Authentic single vineyard, 100 % Xarel·lo from Vinya dels Taus. Fermented and aged for several months in new and two-year-old French oak barrels from the great cooperages of Burgundy. Its capacity for maturing, elegance, and uniqueness has, year after year, led it to be one of the white wines for aging to be recognized in the global wine world."
