Envínate means 'Wine Yourself'.  A brand formed by 4 friends out of enology school, in 2005, in search of wines that represent terroir and purity of fruit. La Santa de Úrsula hails from Tacoronte-Acentejo, an appellation on the Anaga peninsula on the northeast coast of Tenerife that is noted for its terraces, steep hillsides, rich red soils, and humid climate.

Grape: Negramoll, Listán Negro, Listán Blanco
