Since the 17th century, the Vaillant family has passed on their family lands from generation to generation, beginning to practice biodynamics since 2008. A blend of Groslot and Cabernet Franc aged in underground ceramic vats. This wine is full of delightful wild berries, herbs de Provençe and a touch of cinnamon.
