Angelo Fongoli is the forth generation to be making wine at the family estate. Since the early 2010's Angelo changed farming practices to a more diverse farming culture concentrating on biodynamic techniques. Fermentation and aging happens in stainless steel with bottling done in the spring after harvest without finning or filtering without the adding of sulfur.
