Established in 178, the estate has been built up over the last eight generations and now covers 37 acres. In 1987, Francois Pinon, a former child psychologist, took over the family estate. Today he is joined by his son Julien. Mad in the method traditional, with ripper fruit from harvest going into this zero-dosage bottling, spending 7 years on the lees. Beautifully complex with notes of honey, herbs and earth.
